Service Description

Awaken and align your body with this face to face Reiki treatment. Relax in the peaceful surroundings listening to soothing music while I place my hands around your body to channel Reiki energy to help clear any energy blocks. Start with a sound bowl meditation to relax your mind and then I'll channel Reiki energy to you as you relax throughout the session. Once session is complete you'll sit with Kara to discuss what has come up for you through the session.
