Providing you with mindful tools and strategies in a safe and judgemental free environment is our goal. We want to provide you with a range of tools that you can use that assists and equips you with evidence based toolkit to become more emotionally aware and support your own mental health.
These workshops are small group sessions so you don't feel overwhelmed in a big group, provides engaging mindful activities to help you feel safe and begin engaging and then ends with some lovely calm and regulating breathing techniques and a meditation.
