Reiki enhances the natural healing process in the body and stands on its own as a healing practice.
Reiki channels universal energy known as ki (pronounced chi), shifting stagnate energy in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain.

I've been on my own spiritual journey for sometime now, after suffering a mental breakdown in 2015 and I'm proud to say the hard work I've put in has seen transformational change. It is this experience that has lead me down this beautiful path to truly honour my purpose.

All I can say is "WOW". I felt a big opening in my heart chakra. Kara's reading/downloads were spot on!! I had an amazing sleep that night and really let go of old energy. Kara's connection to spirit and her intuition is incredible.

Kara has a knack of just making you feel at ease. I didn't quite know what to expect as whilst I'd heard of Reiki, I'd never attended a session. I've been tired and stressed with work so to be honest, the thought of just lying there for 45 minutes was appealing. Little did I know just how much I needed this! I actually felt the energy shift. I felt tingles in the session, I had visuals of different colours (not realising these were the chakra colours) and even felt sensations in my throat during the session (little did I realise this was actually because my throat Chakra was blocked!). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kara and I can't wait until my next session!
