How do I know Reiki is right for me?


PEOPLE WHO HAVE A NAGGING FEELING THAT SOMETHING IN THEIR LIFE OR BODY AND MIND IS OUT OF BALANCE OR THEY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE STRUGGLING WITHIN THEMSELVES AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT USUALLY FIND REIKI AT THE PERFECT TIME FOR THEM. THE FACE THAT YOU ARE READING THIS INFORMATION COULD BE THE SIGN THAT YOUR BODY AND MIND IS READY TO HEALING AND EXPERIENCE GROWTH.​




What to expect during a Reiki session?


YOU WILL COMPLETE A CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT HISTORY FORM THAT OUTLINES THE AREAS IN YOUR BODY AND LIFE THAT YOU WOULD THE SESSION TO FOCUS ON. THIS WILL ALSO HELP ME MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS FROM SESSION TO SESSION. ONCE YOU HAVE ASKED ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE, YOU WILL LIE FULLY CLOTHED ON A THERAPY TABLE AND RELAX. I WILL PLACE MY HANDS OVER YOUR BODY OVER VARIOUS PARTS IN A SEQUENTIAL METHOD. AT THE END OF THE SESSION, YOU CAN DISCUSS ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE WITH ME.




How do I prepare for a Reiki session?


The key as you prepare for your Reiki session is that you open yourself up to receiving Reiki energy. Simply arrive in comfy clothes and set the intention that you are open to receiving Reiki energy for your highest good so that you can move forward.




What feeling or sensations will I experience during Reiki?


Once you take place and relax on our comfy bed you will close your eyes to relaxing and soothing music, During the session you may experience flashing lights, warm sensation, flashing visualisation however some people experience none of these at all. Please know that whatever you experience it is completely normal as Reiki energy goes where it is required and we all respond differently.




Is Reiki safe for pregnant women?


Absolutely as it is energy that assists with healing




Do you offer Distant Reiki?


At this stage No, but stay tuned as I will offer it in the future.




Are there any side effects of Reiki?


Some people feel deeply relaxed, some feel cold, or have a cry to release blockages. Everybody responds differently to the energy as the energy goes where it is required and assists with moving emotional blockages. I recommend drinking water to help shift the energy, ground yourself and rest after the session.
