Reiki enhances the natural healing process in the body and stands on its own as a healing practise. The energy assists with shifting energy blocks through the body and leaves you feeling relaxed, relieved and rejuvenated with clarity and calm.

Reiki with Kara is more than just energy shifting, it also includes intuitive readings with spiritual downloads. Distant Reiki recipients will need to provide a photo prior to the session.
